Senator Sharp offered Amendment No. 5 : Page 14, after line 5: Amend language to read: (b) Assistance is not payable with respect to the third or additional child born to (1) an individual who is receiving assistance under AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420 at the time of the birth; or (2) an individual who received assistance under AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420 at any time during the 10-month period ending with the birth of the child. 1995-05-07 Senate Journal Page 1572 HB 78 (c) The provisions of (b) of this section do not apply to (1) a child who is only the second dependent child on whose behalf the individual is otherwise eligible to receive assistance under AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420; or (2) children who are born during a multiple birth if the children are the only dependent children on whose behalf the individual is otherwise eligible to receive assistance under AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420.
